Mr. Rush didn’t retain my services or enter into an agreement. He contacted me off a recommendation—a client who has given me praise after I guided her through the buying process. Mr. Rush and I connected via text, the extent of my interaction with him. I answered every question he had in a timely manner regarding the availability of foreclosed homes. I take great pride in what I do and for 17 years have helped all my clients no matter the price point. Mr. Rush wasn’t satisfied with the lack of inventory for multifamily foreclosures and suggested I was withholding a foreclosure list from him. This list doesn't exist, or else I would have gladly shared it with him. His attitude toward me shifted when I was unable to produce his demand. He became rude and disrespectful and I won’t allow myself to be mistreated by someone who has a low opinion of Realtors and doesn’t value them. Nevertheless, I wish him well in all of his endeavors.
